Live Broadcast Service Agreement
This Live Broadcast Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the live broadcast user (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Aham Innovations Private Limited (referred to as "TikTac" ). The interactive live broadcast service provided by the TikTac application is a computer software-based service that enables users to view live broadcasts and interact with other viewers via multiple devices.
1.1 Users who wish to download and install the live broadcast application or access the TikTac interactive website must carefully read and understand this Agreement (minors should read it with a guardian), including the terms of use outlined on the TikTac website. This Agreement includes clauses that limit or exempt the liability of TikTac and restrict certain user rights. If a user does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they should refrain from using or immediately discontinue use of the services provided by the live broadcast app and website. Any continued use will be deemed as complete acceptance of this Agreement.
1.2 TikTac reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time due to changes in national policies, products, services, or operational conditions. The revised Agreement will be published on the app or website. Users are advised to review this Agreement regularly. If any user objects to the modified Agreement, they should immediately stop using the services.
2.1 The live broadcast service of this application is an online, multi-user video playback system, which includes personal and group messaging services, as well as additional community and functional software features.
2.2 The live broadcast website (referred to as "TikTac website") provides services such as download, customer support, demonstration, and community interaction for users of the application.
2.3 TikTac grants users a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the live broadcast service for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
2.4 Users are prohibited from recording, distributing, or sharing any live broadcast content without permission, including through third-party software.
2.5 In the event of violations of this Agreement, TikTac reserves the right to remove content and impose penalties on violating accounts, including warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.
2.6 Users agree to bear all legal responsibilities for any third-party claims resulting from their violations of this Agreement.
2.7 TikTac reserves the right to monitor users' devices to ensure that no unauthorized software that interferes with normal services is being used.
2.8 TikTac may record content generated by users and has the right to use and distribute such content for promotional purposes.
3.1 To access the live broadcast services, users must register and agree to this Agreement.
3.2 Users must understand that the service is for personal communication and entertainment purposes only, and commercial use of the service is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Users are prohibited from disseminating or storing content that:

3.5 Commercial activities such as selling goods or advertising within the app are strictly prohibited.
3.6 The use of unauthorized third-party tools or services to access or modify the app's functionality is forbidden.
3.7 Users must not install or run the application on unauthorized devices (e.g., set-top boxes, game consoles, etc.).
3.8 TikTac reserves the right to take legal action against any user violating these terms.
4.1 Users acknowledge that there may be risks of exposure to defamatory, offensive, or illegal content while using the live broadcast service. TikTac is not liable for such content.
4.2 Users must comply with the relevant laws when using the service and will bear responsibility for any legal violations.
4.3 TikTac is not liable for security issues, including data breaches, viruses, or any other technology risks.
4.4 The live broadcast service may be modified, suspended, or terminated at TikTac's discretion, without any compensation to users.
4.5 TikTac is not responsible for any losses due to interruptions caused by internet issues, technical failures, or force majeure events.
4.6 The app does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party advertisements or products featured within the service.
4.7 TikTac is not responsible for transactions or disputes arising from third-party activities outside the application.
4.8 Users are advised that account, virtual currency, and data anomalies may occur due to system bugs, and TikTac reserves the right to freeze accounts temporarily to resolve issues.
5.1 Some services in the app may require payment. TikTac reserves the right to adjust pricing and services provided.
5.2 Users must pay for the relevant services as per the app's tariff policies. TikTac has the right to change the pricing standards or services without prior notice.
6.1 All intellectual property related to the live broadcast service, including software, trademarks, and logos, belongs to TikTac.
6.2 Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works of the app or its components.
6.3 Users may only use the service within the scope granted by this Agreement.
6.4 Any content created or uploaded by users remains the property of TikTac, which can use and distribute such content as needed.
7.1 Users may delete their account and associated data through the "Delete Account" option in the app. Please note that deleted information may still be accessible by third parties if previously shared.
